This course will teach you how to properly ask the right qualifying questions, getting the customer to tell you about their lifestyle and their needs.

This is the third step in your sales process.

  •          Develop a series of questions that give you the answers you need to make appropriate recommendations to the customer.
  •          Improve the effectiveness of your qualifying questions doubling your close rate.
  •          Use the answers from said questions to develop an effective and thorough sales presentation.
  •          Set yourself up for an effective close thus increasing your close rate by 50%.
  •          Answer any objections you get from the customer further into the sales process.
  •           Differentiate between customers and identify where they are in the buying process.
