This course will teach you how to properly build a relationship with the customer and getting them comfortable talking to you. 

Building a Relationship with the customer makes them comfortable talking with you. Through proper relationship building you will establish your professionalism which will put your customer at ease when answering your questions.

This course will teach you how to properly build a relationship with the customer and getting them comfortable talking to you. This is the second step in your sales process and vital for success in Step 3.

When you complete this course you will be able to:


  •      Build a relationship with your customers beyond what most sales people do.
  •      Establish yourself as a professional.
  •      Define yourself as an expert in your field.
  •      Show the customer you’re not a stereotypical sales person, but a regular Joe/ Jane that can steer them in the right direction to meet their needs.
  •      Set the stage to get the customer to open up and talk with you in Step 3 – Qualifying Questions.
